Animal-tastic Folksy Friday
To celebrate my new animal & pet range of 'I♥...' cards which will be launched later today, I thought it only appropriate to choose some of my favourite Animal-themed goodies from Folksy today!

Just click on the image and it will take you to their Folksy shop.

Folksy Friday - Time for Tea
Here at Quite Contrary HQ it seems we're pretty addicted to a cuppa or two during the day, especially when had with a bit of cake or a ginger biccy, nom nom! My man also made the best brew ever last night to have with Tea (which was a rather naughty english brekkie made from weekend leftovers, yummy!). So, sticking on this theme here's a few Folksy picks if you fancy joining me in a brew!

Talking of which...think I might go pop the kettle on!

Folksy Friday - a hint of Pink
Last weekend I was a Bridesmaid at Dan's sisters' wedding - a gorgeous Pink affair! Admittedly I didn't jump at the colour choice (pink and Gingery hair don't really go!) but I was quite surprised - seems baby pink isn't too bad after all! We were wearing Ivory and pale pink dresses, and the Bride was in a stunning 'Princes style' baby pink dress, with delicate pearl details. So, I've chosen today's theme to go along with that - here's a nice selection of pink goodies!

Folksy Friday - the Great North!
Admittedly I've been a bit pants on here since my first Folksy Friday 3 weeks ago...but finaly here's my second one! And what a one it is :) The last few weeks have been a bit crazy, culminating in me finally biting the bullet and cementing the plan of leaving Londontown and moving back up North! Which makes me want to put both a happy and sad face - I'll miss my bestest bud Pippa (aka. The Owl & The Party Hat) and my other lovely friends down here, but the North does feel very exciting again..the promise of some proper Fish & Chips for starters! So, today's Folksy is appropriately Northern-based, featuring everything that reminds me of home. 3 weeks and counting! Enjoy :)

My First Folksy Friday - Fun at the Seaside!
Finally, I've managed to do my first Folksy Friday (thanks to the brilliant Haptree and her very helpful blog!). This weekend I'm off down to the South Coast to see my Boyfriend's parents - off to Portsmouth and Poole, so thought I'd inject a bit of Summertime Seaside fun in advance of a (hopefully) sunny weekend! Just click on the pictures to be taken to the lovely Folksy shops :)
